Can I pay using my credit or debit card?
Yes! Your credit or debit card is welcome. We can also automatically bill your card each month, if you’d like.
Do you have a security system?
Yes! Our grounds are monitored by a digital camera security system. We also are fully fenced, have a security gate that requires a code to enter and every one of our units has an individual door alarm. This means that the door cannot be opened without a special code, which only the occupant will know. If the code is not entered, an alarm will sound throughout the property.
Do you offer any special programs or incentives?
Yes! We offer a free disk-lock to each new customer (a $15 value). We also offer a free move-in truck to customers who commit to renting for more than two months.

How long does it take to move-in?
It only takes about ten minutes, or so, to complete the move-in process.
Do you charge a deposit?
No. We don’t charge a deposit or any administrative fees. You only pay your rent, which is pro-rated on move in. Call us for details. 509-924-8467
Do I need to stay for a certain period of time?
No. You can rent on a month-to-month basis and you do not have to sign for any longer than you want to.
What do I need to bring to move in?
Just come to our office and we will have you signed up in minutes. Bring a driver’s license or other picture identification.
What are your office hours?
Our office is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.
